Solderless Wiring Kits

These 100% solderless wiring kits are perfect for those who don’t have the necessary tools or soldering skills/technique to hardwire our standard wiring harnesses, and for those who would like the flexibility of being able to quickly change out pickups without having to break out the soldering iron every time. All components are prewired to standard wiring specs. We’ve done all the hard work for you by ensuring that everything is properly soldered to where it should be… All you need to do is strip back the wires on your pickup and ground leads and insert them into the respective holes in the terminal block and you’re ready to play! All kits are bench-tested for proper functionality prior to shipping. Currently prototyping ES-335 & ES-339 solderless wiring harness kits, with and without push/pull pots (for coil-splitting).

*Note: many import guitars will require that the metric holes for the Volume and Tone controls be enlarged to accommodate the 3/8" USA CTS pot shafts. Also, some Les Paul guitars may require long-shaft pots depending on the thickness of the wood cap. When in doubt, always go long!

Strat Solderless Wiring Kit

Made with 250K CTS pots, a .047uf Orange Drop tone capacitor and a 5-way CRL blade switch hand-wired to a purpose-built 3-pickup solderless terminal block mounted to an Emerson precision-cut ground plate. Includes prewired Switchcraft output jack.

Made with 500K CTS short shaft pots, .022uf Orange Drop tone capacitors, and a prewired and pretinned Switchcraft 3-way toggle switch & output jack hand-wired to a purpose-built solderless terminal block.

$150 plus S&H

Available in 50's Vintage (default) and Modern wiring configurations. Optional independent Volume wiring available on request.

Telecaster Solderless Loaded Control Plate

Made with 250K CTS pots, a .047uf Orange Drop tone capacitor and a 3-way CRL blade switch hand-wired to a purpose-built solderless terminal block mounted to a genuine Fender chrome Telecaster control plate. Includes chrome knurled knobs, switch tip, and prewired Switchcraft output jack.
