The Jazz Bass wiring harness features separate Volume controls for each of the Bridge and Neck pickups, and a Master Tone. Made with 250K solid shaft CTS audio taper pots, a .047uf Orange Drop tone capacitor, a Switchcraft output jack and vintage push-back cloth wiring.

The Precision or “P” Bass wiring harness features a simple Master Volume and Master Tone control circuit. Made with vintage style 250K CTS audio taper pots, a .047uf Orange Drop tone capacitor, and a Switchcraft output jack and vintage push-back cloth and braided shield wiring.

This BTW also happens to be the same wiring configuration for a Les Paul Jr!
