important Tariff information relating to all orders and shipments to the U.s.a.

Tarriff Update as at March 7, 2026

The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) recently struck down the Trump administration’s illegal IEEPA-based tariffs, and the administration responded with a deliberate swap — replacing IEEPA authority with Section 122 of the Trade Act of 1974 resulting in a flat 10% surcharge, while a separate Executive Order preserves the de minimis suspension under its own independent authority. Note: President Trump has announced his intent to raise the Section 122 rate from the current 10% to 15%, but no signed order has been published as of yet — CBP guidance is pending.

Going forward, all US-bound orders will be assessed an additional 10% to be added to the cost of goods, the full amount of which will be payable in advance in USD via PayPal. This is subject to change and potentially increase to 15% pending CBP guidance. As expected, these tariffs are having a significant negative impact on our relationship with our US customer base, however we are grateful to those who continue to order from us. Thank you!

This senseless one-man trade war will pass and maybe, one day, things will get back to what was once normal… In the meantime we just have to buckle up, hunker down, and figure out how best to ride out the storm!

peace out
